Nice. A lot harder to crank out a consistently good food product like this than anyone thinks. And you took into account how their specific order changes how the product will hold up. A surprising amount of chefs don't do that lol.

Why would you always call the customers to ask if they want oil and vin on the side? That's pretty annoying just put it on the side

because if they don’t want it it’d just go to waste & if they requested it on them it’s just common courtesy to ask ahead beforehand is it okay to just put it on the side instead because the customer probably wasn’t thinking about them getting soggy
