I’m glad to see you using this magazine. I know in the past they reached out and asked Gayle not to use them for junk journals but that just ridiculous because we can use anything we want in our journals as long as it’s the original copy.

You can use the pages if the journal is for yourself, but you can't use them in a journal you're selling as the copyright stays with the original artist.

Copyright….. ORIGINAL creator of the content in the magazine has specifically NOT given the right for anyone to have gain or profit from the use of the content included within the magazine! Sooooooo Gayle was absolutely correct in what she shared!!!

Gorgeous! I am in the process of making one from a 2021 Daphnes Diary. So many beautiful pages to choose from. I like the way you used both front and back covers. It is rather hit and miss to even find them in the US. Barnes and Noble sometimes and the larger Joann’s Craft sometimes. Love them and your channel!

This journal is so beautiful. I don't know for sure, but I was wondering if this magazine is published overseas as well as England? The magazine is simply gorgeous and your assemblage of the signature shows very good taste. Oh, by the way, I ordered the Atrxx paint pens as soon as your video finished, and I can't wait until they arrive. The pens reminded me of chalk pens by Bistro. Hi Jane, the magazine is published in the Netherlands. It used to be available in places like WH Smith’s, Waitrose and some newsagents, but since the pandemic it seems to be only available online. It’s a beautiful magazine and I’ve been collecting it on and off since 2013. I will look up Bistro pens. Let me know how you get on with your Arrtx ones when they arrive. Happy Creating 💕 xx

Hi Lydia, I got my elastic from Amazon. If you key in 1mm bracelet elastic you will find it. The brand I purchased was Berolle and it was a set of 18 colours (4 metres each) for £7.39. Apologies, but there is a glitch on Amazon and it won’t let me share the link 💕

Did you make this to give away or did you make it to sell. Somebody else on KZbin says that you cannot use Daphne's diary for any part of a journal that you're going to sell. And I don't know how they can do that. Someone has said that they can't be used because they're not public domain pictures but if they're not public domain pictures how can they copy them over and over again to sell and make money off of. Do you happen to know the answer to this. I'm surely not trying to be a nuisance but I just can't get my head around this. Isn't it like any other magazine that I can cut out of and use it in my journal but I can't copy it?

Hi Judie, I am making this to keep for myself. I don’t sell any of my journals, although I have given away many unfinished ones in the past. I plan to add to this journal using elements from the magazines and paper box, and it will be a visual journal using the beautiful images. Daphne’s Diary are more than happy for you to use the magazines in this way and I have created many projects for journals in the past using the wonderful images. I do believe that you are not allowed to sell journals that are made using the magazines. I hope that helps 💕
