I love meatloaf. I haven't had it in a while. I always have trouble getting mine to fully cook. It always has just a little bit of pink. I don't want any pink in my meat. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Sorry that may be good, but in no way compares to the greatness that I call my meatloaf. Mine is different then others and many have asked and even begged for my recipe. The very few I have given it to still say it doesn't turn out as good as mine. I tell them only because they do not follow the order of procedures properly, and you can't be lazy or cheap when it comes to the ingredients.
