THIS is amazing. I was mesmerized by the absolutely amazing skill with basic tools - metal scissors, edged anvil, and a hammering tool - that i didn't even care that the finished product even happened. The Stove is amazing too, but what really fascinated me was watching the elegance of the process of making it. I can't help it but watch it again when it ends. This video makes me very happy... sharing it on face book.. others need to see this too. Thank you for a wonderful video.

why not just make a rocket mass stove from cobb(mud and rocks) they are much more efficient ? and smoke less!
@CookswellCoKenya7 жыл бұрын
Those are good and some people do use them. But have been tried by many many NGO's over the years and most cooks refuse to use them. Portability, ease of use, fuel choices etc. all play a role in the design of this stove...which is why they have been replicated so widely across Africa.

I think Thai barbeques are way easier to make than this and are more or less the same in a functional sense.
