Why not put a lid on top of the pan, that way, no need to flip the eggs and they won't break. I've been placing the lid on my pan with eggs inside for years, always come out brilliant.

That's a great sandwich Mike but you're missing 1 VITAL ingredient and that is.....Tomato Ketchup, it tastes so much better with some Tomato Ketchup, try it next time and see what you make of it.
