You were too good to go away. You got me into leatherwork. I've made some nice stuff and I owe much of my knowledge to you. I miss watching you do this stuff. AND your music is awesome. I still want to get it for riding music on my motorcycle. It's perfect for ripping down the twisty roads.

Nice to see you back! The lace setup idea.. brilliant. As others said, im not a fan of having music (VS a narration). I would have love a narration over music. Would have been easier for the beginners to follow along. :)

This might be the OCD part of my brain but why not line up the template to the very edge of your leather? Leather isn't cheap....don't waste it needlessly.
@electraheart77454 жыл бұрын
It actually isn’t very expensive depending on where you buy it. A veg tanned shoulder can cost anywhere from $20-60 depending on quality.

very nice work. i have a question about changing the color i bought color and a solution they said to put it on the leather to make it waterproof, so do i wait till the color is dry and then put it on or put it on directly after. thanks a lot

Always wait for the dye(s) to dry completely. If you apply the finish coat before they do, they'll just smear

i used to wear something similar when i was a young lad. The only diffrence is that is was a bit smaller in diameter and about 30" long.It was for my hair. Had snaps in it and it worked great, I worked in the steel mils and my hair was my chick magnet. lol, great work on this peice. enjoyed it, mabey you can find someone that would let you make them a pony tail leather peice.

I have made a couple out of stainless steel, but leather is much more comfortable, steel doesn't flex with arm movement. So now the metal is reserved for bracelets and bracers are leather. I love that dragon!

Metal bracers sound cool

Philip Prigmore a person wears jewerly for themselves not for others. The design is worn in a position most pleasing for the wearing to observe not others. if the design was placed the other way the wearer would always be looking at the dragon upside down. just my 2 cents.
@920006 жыл бұрын
How thick was your leather in milimeters?

@@ttinkers1062 Bullshit! If people wore jewelry for themselves then explain ear rings. The person wearing them cannot even see them.

Not true.. Just as in tattooing it is placed for viewing... How often do you see tattoos upside down on people... The dragon shouldve been placed the other way...
