How to make a loop Fascinator, DIY feather headpiece tutorial, millinery - hat making

Check out my updated version of this fascinator DIY
This DIY video, shows you exactly how to make a beautiful loop fascinator.
All you need is:
1 meter of sinamay (to cut off a long strip on the bias)
Hairband or Hairclip
Feathers
Needle and thread
Superglue
Scissors
and Measuring tape/Ruler
