Are you using a double basket? This typically makes 2 x espressi. 20g in 2 x 20g out with a splitter or one 40g double espresso. If you cut this short as a ristretto to yield 20g out that is a double ristretto. Ie 2 x 10 gram ristretti with a splitter or one 20g double ristretto? Am I wrong or are you making a quadruple ristretto magic coffee?

Why not pull double ristretto shot together? It is doable... Also, how many grams you using for a single ristretto shot

"Single" Ristretto shot is the first HALF of your normal espresso shot. This shot is more sweeter and intense. If I need a "double" shot Ristretto, I need to pull shot twice. You cant do it in one shot. Double shot usually you need 36g-40g yield with 18-20g dose.

Correct me if im wrong, but rather than a double ristretto(double basket), you're using 2x single shots(stopped short)? How many grams in and out did you use for each shot?

A ristretto shot is half yield of your normal pull of double shot espresso recipe.

The brew pressure is at 10 bar seeing from the pressure gauge. Are you happy with this or have you tried reducing it to 9 bar?

There was a discussion about this. There's a reason why Lelit make it 10 bars as the default in the pressure gauge. It doesn't mean that the pressure is 10 bars in the grouphead, most likely little less. The most accurate one is to install a pressure profile kit in the grouphead like in Bianca.

Small home machines use small vibration pumps which need higher pressures at the pressure guage (eg most are set to 11bar by the factories) to achieve correct extraction at the group head. Only industrial sized/cafe/comercial machines should have a 9bar as they use larger rotary pumps that draw water from a mains, There seems to be a lot of confusion in the online coffee community regarding pump pressures, I think usually people conflate the settings for professional machine setups with home machine set ups despite them being different optimal settings.
