Hello my friend. Your youtube channel is awesome. Thank you very much for making this channel. I made an aluminium_air battery with salt water electrolyte. I use carbon active for cathode. I use polystyrene (unolit) and xylene for gluing. First, i dissolved polystyrene in xylene and then added active carbon and then mixed well. In this model , i used 10 g active carbon powder and 3 g polystyrene. In the next step , i poured the batter on a steel grate. After complete drying , i did the test. The test results were not good at all. At first, the battery produced a voltage of 0.980 , but after a minute the voltage become 0.200 What is reson for this failure? Thank you for helping me.

I think the electrolyte has penetrated into the carbon electrode, causing the reaction interface to become smaller
