Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. "You're not going to remember those expensive shoes you bought ten years ago, but you will remember every single morning when you look at your bank account that extra 0 in there. I promise, that's going to be way more fun to look at everyday", I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

Some individuals minimize the importance of counsel until their own feelings become overwhelming. A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my firm afloat. I looked for licensed advisors and found someone with the highest qualifications. She has contributed to my reserve increasing from $275k to $850k despite inflation.

Ummm the numbers in the examples were off... For example, as a Realtor for years I know the commission is 6% but then that is split 50/50 between the buyers agent and the listing agent. So you really get 3% and depending on your split with your broker that determines how much of the 3% goes into your pockets. The only way you get a full 6% in real estate is if you represent BOTH the buyer of the property and the seller of the property...it can be done but is rare.

@@ohbedcastillo9535 I dont think you understand real estate or what I'm saying. The brokers split is not 50/50...im referring to the split between the listing agent and buyers agent. That listing agent has to offer a percentage of his fee to buyers agent to entice buyers agents to show their clients the property.

The market will be high in 10 to 20 years, and significantly higher in 30. It's almost impossible for a company with no debt to go bankrupt. Canada is about 3% of the global marketplace, U.S. is about 50%, remainder on the globe is 47%. Pay yourself first. Dear Patrick, I was thinking the other day about your next interview, and a person that came up in my mind was, the ruler of Dubai. May sound a bit over the top but he really made a big change and still does. What the ruler of dubai did the past 20 years is absolutly stunnig. Ps: sure, i do understanding that its royalty so there are more rules comimg around but after all it would be amazing All the best wishes, Maurits

The wisest thing that should be on every wise individual's list is to invest in different stream of income that don't depend on the government to bring in money especially now the pandemic is hitting economy pretty hard.

You are absolutely right about that👍

Depending on the government is a big waste . I think Investments are the stepping stones to success especially if you been guided by a professional Investment Expert

Dear Mr. Pat, you just saved my life, my future, let me explain, I'm 15 years old and from Venezuela (I think almost everybody knows whats my country going through) I will go to college next year and to be honest I didn't thought that I was going to have a good future or even a decent one, but now I know it, I know that world is not ready for me yet, now I know that I can be big, that I will be big because I want to, I need to, and you generous man just gave me what I need it to truly start believing in me, thank you, Love from Venezuela PD: I'm soo sorry from my English

I was in a communist country "Cuba" and I knew in my heart that I did not belong there. It took me to risk my life. I spent 3 days on the golf of Mexico and I got to USA without clothes on my body no to diet swimming... I persuaded a carrier in science and I didn't make to the med school but I graduated from college with faith theta even though I was living on a fuking shelter... "Americans" competed with me in college and the university..... I am living my dream because I created my dreams! Believe in yourself... never stop dreaming and execute. Get happy when people laugh at you English. Get painless...they sent my to drug testing because can't believe that you can work 16-17 hours a day. Be hard on you and make people believe....

he is the only one who has been able to keep my interest when I first discovered him, and he is still the only one who can keep me interested [during] the entire video, still wide awake, and motivated to the content. he is a really, really effective boss and I trust his business techniques/strategies.

The real estate one sounds easy until you actually try it. Most beginners make around 2-3 sales their first YEAR if they're lucky. An experienced agent might make 2 per month if they are extremely good.

I have been struggling with motivation and bad habits the last few months, and this video made me feel like I can do more than just being mediocre. I felt identified with what PBD was saying; in fact, when he pointed at the camera saying "I'm talking to you, the serious one", it made me laugh out loud because it really felt as a signal hahaha. I'll give this a try. Thanks Valuetainment for your work! Greetings from a Venezuelan Student living in Berlin :)

Just remember, bad habits and mediocrity helped turn Venezuela into what it is today. I don’t mean that as a knock to your homeland but just as some motivation for you. Best of luck!
