What strategy? No strategy. Just saying how awsome to make 1million dollar from renting. But really? The strategy means Numbers. Real Numbers. Loans, debts, profit and loss, cash flow. Not “oooww i rent my own 6 bedroom house and then live for free”. No shit? Tell me how you did that. How much TIME did it take ?? How much did the house cost when you bought it and how much you rent ?? Tell me THAT. Not how awsome you are and bla bla bla NOTHING REAL, nothing concrete. I mean, yeah…sure, it sounds great, lets all do real estate, right? NO You don’t just buy a house and thats it. Its a lot of shit you deal with. Nobody tells you that, nobody tells you what it actually means, what it actually involves. What does it take??

It sounds easy. I am sure is not. You can present pros and cos, or better not pros and cos but rather…the obstacles you met along the way. And how you deal with them. Thats a really helpful way to look at things if you really want to offer valuable information. You make it sound like anyone can do it and is so easy peasy, but there are a lot you have to consider in order for you to have a good start and not risk it all for nothing, throwing yourself head first. Talking about numbers, about loans, debts. Thats the real deal. Not “i make 1milion dollar per second”. Stop with this mindset already!
