@RobsWorld7 жыл бұрын
Arnav Sinha Roy nice job dude.. but how did you get 485? I was thinking of a different number but also knew there are cubes within cubes and such. Can you explain?
@Breacher4567 жыл бұрын
Rob's World Well Rob, you divided your paper into two sides (therefore 2 squares with dimensions of 8x8) and then you had all of the smallest squares (I call them 1x1s and there were 168 of them). But then I began to count all the squares with dimensions of 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, 5x5, 6x6 and 7x7. I added all my results and I got 485. I hope that explains it all. What number were you thinking of?
@RobsWorld7 жыл бұрын
You did get most of them correct, so you know what I will pin it for a bit just for you watching through and trying! Great job man :-) But next time, I will say that no editing of comments will be allowed (though I may have the original somewhere)! :-P
@Breacher4567 жыл бұрын
Rob's World alright, gotcha.

I see I knew someone would think of of doing the “squares within squares” method. I got 128 but props to you for that. Is your comment pinned for some reason it doesnt looked pinned on my browser

Not gonna lie. the tape had me in trouble for a bit but I got it and it looks awesome! could totally be better but not bad for my first one. drawing the lies and having bigger models to view was BIG help. You explained it perfectly!

Hey guys, so it’s finally out... my own version of the mini magic Ball (in 4K!). Thanks to All who commented on my last video. There are either 3, 4, 5, or 6 “secret subtitles”. Please show support on this video also by commenting and Giving a Thumbs Up! Guess one question and I’ll thumbs up your video and may even love it and pick it for my “choice comment”. If you get 4 or more, I will PIN YOUR COMMENT, respond to you and even give a shout out in the next video! Thanks for watching.👍🏻

Thanks to all you guys for the support! I know this isn’t like my usual tutorials but the magic ball contains many repetitive folds. Therefore try watching it in parts and then pause the video and try it yourself. That OR you can now change the SPEED settings on KZbin. Either way I DO NOT recommend you try to follow along. You’ll find it’s not that hard once you practice and do it a few times (took me about 4 or 5). Thanks again and see you soon

Hey Rob! So I was wondering about giving you a challenge. If folding the mini magic ball requires a 8x16 grid, a bigger version of the magic ball requires a 16x32 grid, can you go higher up and make the ultra magic ball with 32x64 grid? I bet its gonna be awesome to play with and capable of doing other stuff as well. So, are you up for the challenge?
