Thank you for this tutorial Anytime I joined this to upper part after wearing it and tie the rope it always fold the down part, what I mean is that the down part which is the skirt won't relax

I understand what you mean. You need to snatch the persons waist a little bit if you’re using loops bcos when you tie the loops it make their waist smaller. So you need to take about 1 inch or two away from their actual waist measurement.

Yea the Eyelet plier only works for small ones. There’s a bigger plier for wider ones. You can actually take your dress to the market and have them fix it for you. Market people usually have that big machine.
