Thank you so much for this video i too am a senior and i have only ever used Word in my Microsoft office suite, i find spreadsheets a bit scary i always thought you needed to know maths formulas, but you make it look super easy, i am going to have a go listing my movie collection about 300+ with Google sheets as you demonstrated, as i can easily access it on my android phone.

Just one question, how do you keep the headers from disappearing when you scroll down please.

I use a google form, I sort by type first. Movie, animation or documentary . I also include the IMDB rating. My collection has an average IMDB rating of 6.2 with 515 titles added. I still have 200 series and my old movies to add. I just got a housewarming present of the inventory from a friend's store that has just closed down.

As previously stated excellent. Only one thing, I need help saving my spreadsheet. How do I do that please? A little confused and as a senior person it doesn't seem straightforward. Please help

Google Sheets automatically saves itself. The only thing you need to do is name the file at the top. If it doesn't save by itself, click File in the top left corner and then select Save!

Hi I've followed your helpful ideas, only one thing, is there a way to Automatically sort data. What I mean is when you have a list like your movies, can Google sort them in Alphabetical order when you enter data and not when you're finished?

Yes, they can. Go under Tools and then Sort Data A-Z
