Water and Salt are essential for the body. WIth a natural electrolyte, our bodies can be re-mineralized the right way. Our body needs salt! This natural electrolyte, or sole' water, will give you more energy, rehydrate your body, aid in digestion, help with muscle cramps, and so much more. Gatorade and other electrolytes on the market do not support your body the way it is supposed to.

I had my elderly mother doing this. She was having a lot of trouble with digestion, diarrhea, constipation, and major swelling. When she was drinking it her swelling went down, she felt better and her digestion and bowel issues stopped. She told her doctor about it and he had a fit. Told her she was NOT to be consuming any salt. So she listened to the doctor and all of those bad symptoms and severe swelling came right back. Doctors do a major disservice to their patients.

My granny was on her deathbed a few days ago, bloated swelled up like a balloon. She slept 14-16 hrs a day, had diarrhea, bad breath, smelled like shytt, awful.(granny juice took over) Doctor said no (bad) salt. We gave her some of the good stuff, yesterday the swelling stopped, she got out of bed, walked to the store and back (about 6 miles) today she was outside mowing the lawn even climbed the ladder and warshed her windows around the whole house. She's 92, she says she feels 30. Amazing. UPDATE: She's talking about re-roofing the house next.

I learned this from Homesteading with Doug and Stacy here on KZbin 💚💚💚 I use 5 Tablespoons of Redman salt and one pint of filtered water. Shake and ler sit for 12-18 hours. The 1 teaspoon in 12 ounces of filtered water every morning with my medication. I have been doing those for two years. The best thong especially in our new summer temperatures.

@sandysteinbrook I am guessing they are referring to Cherry Republic's Montmorency Cherries, tart cherry juice concentrate. It is a small business for 42 years, here in my home state of Michigan, in Glen Arbor. It is in the heart of our cherry country, and they do small batch processing on the cherries within 24 hours of picking. I highly recommend its daily use for inflammation and general health! After five years of being a Registered Medical Assistant in two family/geriatric offices, (traditional doctors) I am sick and tired of people being given diagnoses and multiple medications with no hope of ever getting better and off of them. She lost her mind i had to take her to the ER the Dr found the problem and told her not to take the water pill thats known in high blood pressure patients , so i know a little bit on water and salt twice a day and she came back very quickly . I told our family Dr what happened and she said i did a good thing but now my wife has dementia from low salt now she has a scar on the brain from to low of sodium in her body , Neurologist Dr told us that what happens from having low salt and from that it will leave a scare on the brain so if people tell you not to take salt tell them to pound salt everyone needs it .

Well, bless your heart, it sounds like you definitely need minerals! Distilled water has been stripped of everything. Definitely try this! You may even need a little more support initially for a month. LMNT is a really clean electrolyte you can buy on Amazon. It is a bit pricey, but after a month, you should be fine with just sole' water. OR try to drink the sole' water twice a day instead of just the morning. Get those extra minerals and nutrients in your body.

Do you mean once most of the salt has absorbed into the water? It looks like sand in the bottom. But it is just the salt that hasn't absorbed into the water. I break it with a hammer according to my needs. Probably one tenth of the cost of ground. There can be a bit of ocean sand now and then but that will stay at the bottom anyway. You will get a bit of sand even in the shakers I have found. I will even toss a good chunk in our hot tub. I originally used it in our Aquaponics fish tanks for our trout. Good for them too and kills pathogens. Thanks for the video 👍😎👌 Oh BTW I put it in 2 plastic bags when I break it with the hammer so pieces don't go everywhere 😜
