How to make a paper sniper rifle that shoots - rubber band paper gun

in this video i'm gonna show how to make a paper sniper rifle that shoots rubber bands . the sniper is very powerful , it can shoot up to a very long distance.
The idea is very simple and the materials are available and you can find it anywhere easily.
I use only printer paper a4 size and tape and a little bit of glue
