1 fresh tomato 130-150g
2 bay leaves
2 celery stalks
6 cloves garlic
120 ml red wine dry or semi-dry
rosemary sage oregano fresh or dry
any spices to taste
in the oven 30 min 180C + 2 hours 150C or until done
1 tbsp cornstarch + 3 tbsp water for sauce
add salt and spices to taste if necessary
