Fact: Using the word “machine” with perpetual motion or energy, will give it a beginning and an end, making it finite. With this new and better understanding of perpetual devices, its meaning will need updating in defining it as finite. Plain effectors. :D It's one of those that once you have done it a bunch of times, it's pretty easy. Unfortunately, it's not something that can be explained very well here in the comments. Take a look at my super old video on the self building Christmas present for some hints. But I'll try and cover the elements in a future tutorial. (Hopefully).
