I worked at a pizza place. I learned making pizza is easy and cheap af 🤣 you can make like 15 pepperoni pizzas at home for like 15 bucks. And time spent cooking id say is about 10 minutes. Most of that on the dough which you can make enough for 10 pizzas by hand. Pizza making is a skill everybody needs to master. Amazing food that costs notta.

Basically, for standardization which is very important in fast food, cause otherwise you will either end up with profit losses or trash pizzas.
