Just made one & it looks great but for a finished top & bottom of 16 inches I used a 17 inch diameter allowing for seams which needs 53 1/4 inches circumference. Circumference = 2 x Pi x radius (8.5 inches or half the diameter). Pi is 3.14159. When I first tried the circumference was 2 inches short. Hope this helps. Also making the liner really tall for filling with beads is great as you want to really fill to the top of pouf so it looks full. Rolling or somehow closing the liner is important so those tiny beads don’t escape. They are a nightmare. Nice techniques, thanks.

Thanks so much for generously sharing. I’m going to try this, a little anxious about the been bag filling after an “incident” previously that had me vacuuming for days 😂

Great Video. I was wondering if you had a video demonstrating how to construct the Cube Pouf with the zipper? You briefly mention this in your tutorial. Thanks.

Beautiful work! I just found your channel and am addicted to it already. Question - did you serge/finish the seams?

Oh wow! Thank you so so much for this tutorial. I have made a 16” square patchwork top for a pouffe that I am making and I have come to a point where I was super confused as to where to go next. I was going to put a faux leather base on the bottom to make it easier to slide along as I intend to stuff it with old clothes as I want it to be heavy to take a heavier weight being put on it rather than a child’s weight. I wanted to ask your advice please if you could help me? Can this zip enclosure work on faux leather do you think? Or should I make the fabric base as you have shown and then attach the faux leather afterwards over the top? My square is going to be rounded at the corners. If I am attaching the faux leather base over fabric, do you think I should glue it or sew it on? I’ve never worked with faux leather before so I’m nervous about sewing with it. I hope I’ve explained what I am asking clearly. I confuse myself sometimes. Thank you so much again for this super awesome tutorial.
