Great idea, i'd just replace all the glue with solder and make it from all metal parts. I'll use it to blow on the grill coals when i am making barbeque! I'll also add a 5V charging board! Or maybe use a power bank and tap directly from the cells!

Ventilation purpose is for suction, to suck air that makes air blowing, not for discharge that's basic..
