What voltage did you put to the diode?

The operating voltage of the diode is 1.90V and do not exceed more than this voltage. When you look it with your eyes, you can see that it lights up very little, but I burned 2 diodes in this way.😄

The maximum working voltage of laser diode is 1.90V but after 50 Ohm resistor it works with 10~12V🙂
