its jus something with the protogen rules because if protos have any dinosaur like traits then it resembles primagens which are closed species but you can do it no one actuslly cares about those rule things

I know I'm late but I feel like this really needs to be said so people don't have to live in fear of just wanting to express themselves by creating their own Primagen. Primagens are NOT copyrighted! You will NOT get into any of legal problems for creating your own. (Just hate from gatekeepers) Copyright law doesn't apply to entire fictional species, only to specific characters and pieces of art. Although it is possible to trademark the name of a fictional species (e.g. 'Hobbit', 'Pikachu'), this doesn't protect the traits that the species has. For example, hobbits and halflings are the same in every way except for their name. I don't think you can face legal action for creating an 'illegal' Protogen or Primagen, but you will probably make the creator of the species dislike you. This does not support the claim of closed-species, nor does Malice-Risu have any legal authority to restrict the creation and use of Primagens or Protogens. (Protogens and Primagens are open species unless the law says otherwise.) (The US Patent Office, European Patent Office, Australian Intellectual Property Office, Canadian Intellectual Property Office, and Japan Patent Office returned zero results for trademark of Primagen and neither one holds any copyright/trademark information under the name of Malice-Risu)

this, also it's a game, no-one else beside of the creator of this game himself (well more likely the Designer) owns the rights to all skins created in-game. (only if he gives away the rights to the users lol) not the users! if the game would allow to upload selfmade skins, where you can do each pixel yourself.. than this would become a problem! since here it might work with copyright whatever. like u said, feel free to be creative, but just don't copy 1 to 1 and say "it's mine, dekete/switch skin!"
