Ellie, It's been my experience that new wreath crafters often , totally, surprise themselves when making their first wreath. I only have 1.5 years of wreath crafting under my belt, but I can see how far I've come by watching these videos over & over. I just got into making wreaths and I ordered from Trendy tree and Deco Exchange for supplies. But I watched you to learn how to make them and got a easy bow maker to do my bows watching you .My only problem is I've not got the marketing down to sell them every one that's seen them tell me how beautiful they are but they don't want to pay much for them and I can't just give them away I've got too much money invested . What do you use to preserve a mail box wreath or exposed door wreath in a rainy and windy weather?

Hi Joyce! I honestly don’t spray my mailbox swags or outdoor wreaths. Mesh holds up very well outdoors and so does wired ribbon. If you still wanted to spray them then you can use E6000 spray on it. Thank you for watching, Lori.

How do you decide what size to cut your mesh?

Hello Pamela! It all depends on the method I’m using and whether I’m layering two different meshes. For example if I am putting ruffles on top of poofs then I cut them 20” but if I’m only doing ruffles alone then I cut them into 30” pieces. I hope that helps. Thank you, Lori.
