You can get the chemical from shops where paint chemical are been there sold. It all depends on your country

What is the name of the chemical that stand for top bond here....? Cause i know you'll add top bond to it before start using it, so what is the chemical we'll add to it?

Actually lot of people don't add top bond to screed paint during production. Adding bond to it during production will make it more effective when the user add his own when mixing before application

@@ahdrabestowminaret2389 it is not compulsory to add bond while producing it, because you will buy and add bond when you want to use it. Ideally it is good to add bond while producing it so that when you want to make use of it u will only need small quantity of bond. Adding bond during production makes your production more quality..
