You can use any size or any kind of bead.

I love your rear view mirror dangle but for the life of me i cannot get the toggle to work. I even tried the whole thing all over again with a bigger toggle but it just wont work. I can't get the stick to go into the ring. I was making this for a gift and I really love it but I'm sticking to your way of doing it except I have to change up the way to close it on to the rearview mirror because I just can't do the toggle it's really cute though
