I re-watched this video again. For crocheters instead of adding a bow to the snap once covered with ribbon you could crochet flowers and other small appliques for it.

Hi Jessica! The bow is a twisted boutique bow with 1/4" ribbon, and then a two loop topper with the 1/4" ribbon and then a knotted center. We have tutorials for all three of these.
