How to make a rich, creamy and delicious Trini Sweet Rice | Kheer | Rice Pudding

This dish is famous during Divali, Nauratri and any religious occasions in a hindu home. It can also be enjoyed as a dessert on any other occasions with friends and family. This dish is made with different types of milk for a rich and creamy finish. I have listed the measurements for the ingredients as well as other recipes that are famous during the above mentioned occasions. I do hope you would enjoy this one and the others.
1 1/2 cups white rice
4 cups water
4 cups whole milk
1 cup coconut milk
3/4 cans condensed milk
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tbsp grated ginger or ginger to taste
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 sticks cinnamon sticks
1 ciliment leaf
