hello is this model designed with tolerances? or if I wnat to 3D print it I need to make some adjustments ?

I don't think it is, if you wanted to 3d print i assume you might want a RC6 or a different fit with just the right amount of friction. You should test and see whether or not the separate components fuse when printing. Good luck

He definitely didn't include tolerances in the model if you were to 3d print it. For emperial I'd recommend leaving .03 inch gap between parts

The point where we make the slot is where my model fails. Even though I have chosen "Join" after we extrude downward -3.00mm it will not join. I can only rotate the gear. The little arm we just made stays in place. 17:42, mine does not do that.
