30 minutes?? Do you use a dryer or something?For me it's more like 48 hours for the least for royal icing transfers to be able to be handled...and also wouldn't using red so close to white mean that the white should dry as long as it can so that it doesn't bleed into one another after a couple hours or a day?

Do the cookies taste good too or is it just about the decorating? Can’t spend all the hard work and not have something that edible and great tasting. But I really enjoyed and appreciated the tutorial. Something to aspire to. I’d like to eventually sell at our local Christmas market next year so I’m hoping they’ll taste good and keep them coming back. Thank you
