Stunning design! Do you think it may be easier to sew the roses on the skirt if the skirt was cut sections and the rose attached a panel at a time? Possibly 4 or 6 panels. Once the rose is sewn the panels would be connected and filler ruffles added connecting the decorations from panel to panel. My thought is there'd be less bulk on the machine at one time until the end. All that bulk is when I make mistakes. Ok, so many times I have sewn over gatherings....
