Ma why do you add to extra inches to the back part ? Is it because of zip what of if I want to use elastic?

I add 2inches to the back to accommodate the bum , if you’re adding elastic you need a band that is 2inches wide to attach to the waist

The other side of the pocket you did not shape it like the hips of the pant,won't it add extra inch to the waist?

Yes there was no need for that since we already added 2inches to the back of the pant,I'm glad this tutorial was helpful 😊if you're able to recreate this do let me know
