You’ll probably never have a problem with it overheating, it did that cause it was so hot from it leaning out, I have 4 250r’s and have owned 250r,s my whole life and never have had one overheat

i pretty sure shortening that lever will mess up how it works, , seems weird that the nerf bars have messed up where everything should be. just concerned small movements will be come big movements now the length has been changed ie. neutral will be hard to find

In the long run, get the correct fitting for that size hose. Running it up like that stresses the hose. It will end up splitting on you.

after you get that ball hone I still recommend you can massage all your ports with a piece of 80 grit sandpaper. If you feel a sharp edge on any of those ports that will put a scratch Mark in your piston. I like the job you did on the temp location thumbs up bud
@eastynsolveson39404 жыл бұрын
I have the trail tech temp gauge on my banshee and it’s kinda finicky with the one button thing. on mine it has three modes, a clock, the current temp, and the max temp(the max temp is the one with the little max in the corner). To set the warning light you have to go to the current temp and hold the button for a second or two then it will let you set it by just pressing the button repeatedly until you get it set how you want (this is the finicky part). You can do the same in the clock mode to set the time and in the max temp mode holding the button till the dashes appear resets the max. Ps your videos were a huge help when building my banshee keep up the good work!!!!

Very nice, with the ims shifters they are actually about an inch and a half longer than stock... 250R and 450R stock shifters are the same length and the ims is longer than both so it’s just how they are

shocked to see you mounted the shifter right lmao most people mount them to where you have to dip your foot down to shift . in 01 when i met joe byrd buying my 250r he set my shifter in the up angle so while racing you just slide your foot under and pull up
@duneracerweston4 жыл бұрын
That's personal preference. I dont like them talked because I can accidentally down shift with a big foot. Some like their shifters high some like them low

Hey man I’ve recently got my first four wheeler a few months ago and about a month after I got it the shifter fell off while riding come to find out it was welded on. they also cut the shift shaft in half(I don’t know why) so I just used a nut and bolt to hold it on and it worked for a while, but then it fell off so I decided to jb welded it, but that still didn’t work. And now it’s completely stripped I was thinking of getting a new shift shaft but I don’t know how hard the job is. Have any idea on what to do it? Do I maybe get it welded on?
@johnnyvenable16644 жыл бұрын
you have to tear down the bottom end to get that shaft out. just weld it back on for now.
