Интересный способ монтажа. Я в детстве на картонках схемы собирал. Текстолита не достать было. Детали только выпаянные из плат найденных или подаренных. Позже макетки делал сверлом специально заточенным. Ставишь его проворачиваешь и остается круглая площадка вокруг изолированная.

Howdy again. Many VHF / UHF -virtuosos advocate having a good ground plane like in this clip. I myself am not so sure. I have got many FM super regens working well just with crackerbread boards with no copper using point to point wiring. Crossing wires have been no problems. The only one thing that is important seems to be to use short leads in the tank circuit. The tank wiring should be dedicated for the tank only. Other ground currents should not flow alongside the tank currents. The tank ground should be connected to the ground plane with a separe wire. Short leads and wiring is also advocated. I have found that, say, 1-2 inch wires and leads usually mean no troubles. But yes. A good ground plane is, by no means, a drawback. In high regards.

Starting from the beginning I was thinking it's gonna be a transmitter, then I saw an inductor into emitter line, and I was like wtf, why is that. Then I was so into my thoughts that only at the end I noticed that all the rest stuff is sound amp and right after that I remembered how superregenerative receiver circuit looks like, and then it all came to the whole picture. Thank you for the quick travel to my childhood and through the best part of my life, I almost forgot all this stuff.

Такие фокусы я в детстве с одноклассниками проворачивал . Паяешь заранее приёмник , настраиваешь , разбираешь и приглашаешь всех на показ . А далее как в ролике только передатчик в соседней комнате и магнитофон включенный на воспроизведение а шнур питания магнитофона протянут к тебе на стол . Собрал приемник , включил питание магнитофона и немного подстроил приемник и всего делов . Старый трюк !

You should use a perf board with a ground plane and cut the trace with a dremel. This way the circuit will be more compact!

That would defeat the purpose, as this was done in the style of manhattan circuit construction. perf board circuit and manhattan circuit construction are two every different techniques.

@@ThePerthGroup I think these are chunks from Stripboards. These DIY soldering boards you can get either with Dot raster or stripes. Make sure they are have the solder stripes on one side and not both sidess.
