i found a way around the install addons thingy, install from disk, click on downloads, and scroll till u see the plugin, it worked for me.

one you've uploaded to roblox and you have the asset id of the animation, depending on the conditions you want it to active under you would just write a script looking something like (if you wanted all players to play the animation when they join the game) game.players.PlayerAdded:Connect(function(plr) local animtrack = plr.Character.Humanoid.Animator:LoadAnimation(script.Animation) -- script.Animation if the animation instance is a child of the script animtrack:Play() end)

When I press the r6 model after the blender plug in the window doesn’t open up

In new versions of roblox the addon sometimes opens smaller the shown in the video, just upscale it if this is the case, if it’s not appearing at all it could be because it’s an invalid rig, if you have moon animator I would recommend using that to insert characters as the roblox inserted can be annoying

@@lightx2643I had this problem but I cant remember exactly what I did, I think once you install the addon if it doesn’t show up restart blender, if it’s still not there install it again then restart you pc, not entirely sure what I did to get mine to show but try this

when i try to import my animation into a R6 avatar it show the PrimaryPart as the Head and I dont know how to change it into HumanoidRootPart like yours is. Can you help me please?

also when i make it into an R15 avatar it shows HumanoidRootPart but not R6. (I'm new to animating).

Select the R6 Avatar, go to properties, look for PrimaryPart Property, click it, go back to explorer, and click on HumanoidRootPart.

Make sure you have the armature selected (it doesn’t matter if anything else is selected so just select the whole model), if it’s still not appearing then there was probably an error when adding the rig

The roblox character inserter can be a bit weird so I would look for a dummy in the market place

Could you tell me exactly what is happening, is it that your baking the animation in blender, then when you go to import to roblox with blender plugin it says it’s too long?

@@goldyvx3547oh that might be one of the beta features then, I probably enabled it for something else before trying to make blender animations so it just worked for me (I’m only guessing), go to the game settings and enable the settings which correlate to the issue, if it still doesn’t work then tell me again and I will test on my laptop

If your trying to open the file via the addon installer they should appear, trying to open them not from there won’t work in blender, other than this I’m not sure what your issue is

Follow the steps in the tutorial inside the shader part of blender (01:39), if it still doesn’t work let me know and I’ll add the texture seperately so you can add it manually
