Heyyy i know this comment was 9 months ago & I never saw this but if you still need help I can help you !! Not sure if it’s on android because I never rlly did intros on android but the record button should be there if you have iPhone . Try tapping the three little dots and see if it’s there !! Picsart updates a lot and they like to move certain things in different spots !! Hopefully this helps for anyone 💟
