You say that this stuff is like watching paint dry but for me it’s the most interesting part of GHL! 😂 Super helpful content to watch you build it out live and no sudden edits or cuts where I get lost. I have been learning GHL for 1 year and there’s just so much to it (and it seems like they just keep on adding 😅). For the SMS birthday text: how are you capturing their DOB? Is that in your consent form? I’m trying to think of how to implement this feature without causing friction to the customer experience. I know I personally hate filling out my DOB if I don’t have to.

lol yeah in this case we get DOB in the consent form. For different businesses there may be other opportunities to collect data like that. But in some cases it could just be inappropriate to ask for such data.
