How to Make a Solo Public Session on PC | GTA Online | Task Manager Method

This video will teach you how to make an easy solo public session in GTA Online for the PC. While a method to do this exists on each platform, the PC version is by far the easiest. Solo public sessions and lobbies are very useful when doing sell missions for your various businesses such as motorcycle clubs, CEO warehouses, bunkers, aircraft hangers, etc. These missions are not allowed to be done in solo sessions or invite only sessions which leaves you vulnerable to other players ruining your success, but by following the steps in this video you will be able to make money in peace.

@@balcanis5394 thats too bad.. the fucking thing now is the harbringer of the griefers.. every time i saw one its going to rocket me.. yesterday i was in a Savage.. a guy spawned a mk2 in front of me and i got lock.. but since the guy didnt seem to want trouble i let him alone.. the second i turned my Savage arround he jumped on me and rocket spammed from behind .. the sad part is that its not the first time it happens and the griefer pretends to play nice so you dont attack him when you get the upper hand and the second you turn he goes after you so now if i see a mk2 i have no choice but to preentive-missile it because 99 out of 100 times its a griefer

I wouldn't say the game is a failure, but I would say it has a lot of issues, mostly having to do with the playerbase. Personally, I'm not an adult, but I really dont get the point of kids deciding to waste people's time on an oppressor MKII. I get my kicks in by fighting npcs, I bully them all the time, but theres no reason to do it to a player.

Its not a failure at all, its an extremely successful game thats fun and addicting even after 8 years, but the public sessions are practically unplayable i definitely agree with that, however its easy to get around that by just doing solo public or invite only, i think the best solution is to ban certain vehicles from being used in a public session and are only allowed to be used on invite only sessions or missions

Volker x do you play on Ps4 maybe I can help you I'm level 54 Ceo and I was a MC President but I realized it's the worst bussines. The Arcadius bussines center costs only 1.575.000 now I think it's til the 1 January but you can also buy the Maze Bank West it costs 1.000.000 I know it sounds much but first do the daily missions, then go in a private lobby and do VIP missions and in the colldown time play slashers the new mode. It doesnt take as long as ocupy and your payout isn't that bad. After another vip mission you can maybe switch to contact missions. I grinded for 3 days and I had enough to buy it. And also do the treasure hunt you'll find a revolver and after you did 50 headshots with it on NPC you'll get 250.000 its fast and easy it only took me half an hour (i think you cam do it much faster). If you’re on Xbox one go into a public lobby then go to your settings then network settings and test NAT TYPE when it’s complete click on GTA V again and you’ll see everyone left the lobby and you’ll be in a public alone!

@@liamo2979 umm on me it aint bad. But it makes the launching of the game slower. Just a random tip to get faster in online. Open gta - > go to storymode - > press esc - > go to Online - > and play gta online. Makes it faster. Atleast on me

I usually use NetLimiter because it constantly limits the download/upload process from ur pc to R* servers therefore preventing other players joining in your solo lobby.

Use a mobile hotspot in your phone and get someone to ring your number it makes the signal go really bad and everyone disconnect from you but only you leaven the session then you should be in a solo session

Technically speaking, since your game was suspended, Social club registers that you were lagging, so when you resume the game, you'd be put into a new session altogether. Other people in the old session will see you leaving, but to you it'll seem as if all of them had left.

I have another easier method that works for me. Step 1: Join a public session Step 2: Press Alt Enter so that your GTA goes into windowed mode. Step 3: Alt Tab out of GTA Step 4: Alt Tab into another program thats smaller than GTA 5, such as Task Manager or Notepad, so that your cursor can freely move out of GTA and wont be stuck inside Step 5: Right Click onto the bar above the GTA 5 program where it says 'Grand Theft Auto 5'. A menu with options should pop up, dont click anything Step 6: Count to 10 seconds slowly. Step 7: Now you can alt tab back into GTA and press Alt Enter so that it fullscreens Now you're in a solo public session. Might seem like a lot of steps but once you do it once it's very easy and fast to do it multiple times. May not work if you count too fast, try again

Problem is (as mentioned) after a few minutes the session fills again with other players. So it's far away from being a relaxed experience if you always have to wary not to get killed by some 12 year old idiot who's only fun is to ruin other ppls time. I'd be glad if there was some more permanent method to create a public solo session.

SOLO PUBLIC METHOD FOR XBOX ONE: 1. Join a public GTA Online session. 2. Click the xbox button, go to settings and then network settings. 3. Click on check NAT type. 4. Once it gives you the results, you click the xbox button and go back to GTA Online. 5. Move your character and You'll see that everyone leaves. 6. I have way way WAY easier solution for a solo public session and it works all the time and takes about max of 10 seconds. Basically just press while in lobby alt+shift, then the screen going to freez to a few seconds and then you going to be on a solo public session
