Are you pulling your knots right? Because even though I have yarn on my outside the string slips down on the knot and seems loose by the time I get to the next round.

when I change the color, I have to continue going down one by one or I have to do the same like the blue colour, I mean, do 10 rows and then start to going down? Thank you! :)

you just continue as you would with the other color. :) (so, you don't have to do 10 rows first but instead continue one by one)

This is a common problem, especially if you use a metal hoop. Maybe try to wrap some yarn around the hoop first, to give the thread more grip when you do the weaving.
