Great tutorial! Two tips worth mentioning for this tutorial... 1. In order to reshape the A.N.T landscape you need to have access to the "Another Noise Tool " window which appears when you initially create a A.N.T landscape. However, when you click off of the "Another Noise Tool" window, it disappears. It's not missing, you just have to press F9 to bring it back. 2. You need to enable the "Add Mesh: Extra Objects" add on. If you don't have this enabled you won't be able to see the "Add Single Vert" at 1:01.

@@KevBinge Thanks, CaffeinMachine is my business name. I use F360 for product design and prototyping, not for cool stuff like you do. I have three others up on Patreon though I generally frown on using these assets commercially as is. They really aren’t commercial quality as they are more learning material anyway. I wonder how many people still making rotoscoping in your opinion/experience? I mean, one thing that every one hates, and still someone have to do it from time to time? Would you make an episode about it?
@KevBinge2 жыл бұрын
My opinion, and remember, it’s just an opinion, is that there will always be jobs that AI can and can’t do well. Most roto could go away, but we don’t need AI for that as we can shoot against video walls tied into camera rigs like on Mandalorian, etc…. That said, there will always be a need for cleanup work that involves manual tracing or artistic expression. AI is a threat to most jobs, including executive decision making lol… but will be years before it’s a capable replacement for human work. The best thing to do is be aware of where AI is making advancements, how you could use it, and then pivot based on that. It will be a problem and cause massive disruption, but only if we collectively allow it to.
