Hello from Kentucky ❤ I’m so glad I found your channel. I stumbled on it by pure accident but it was the best accident I made in a long time. I’m new to owning a vintage dollhouse and been looking for inspiration for remodeling it and bringing life back to it. When I got it given to me it was loaded down with so so so many pieces of dollhouse furniture but I want to make some for it as well. This is brilliant! I've been converting a house shaped bookshelf into a Critter house and I've been wanting to make an iron bed for one of the bedrooms and I've been stashing old ink pens but I wasn't sure how to go about making the beds. I've cone to the conclusion that Sylvanian dolls are actually two scales. One in height and one in width. Theirs is a unique scale. I'm excited to see the bed all dressed.

Thank you. That's great glad your gonna make on. Yes I've found the houses are just slightly smaller than 1:16 and the dolls I'm not to sure. Unique for sure it's tricky getting it looking right. Good luck with your bed. 👍

Just a tip about melting plastic if you have a parakeet or other bird in your house. It releases fumes that are toxic to birds, so it's something to keep in mind. I have no idea about any other pets; I've never read anything about that.
