Nice tutorial, but please I don't understand the back skirt and the wrap on the back.

The back skirt has this slant that I don't understand, and then the wrap at the back, is it the front wrap pattern you used. It's confusing please, I already got fabric to make it, but had to stop so I don't waste the fabric. Thank you
