How to Make a Summer Lemon Wreath

I make exclusively grapevine wreathes and have done so for many years. It never dawned on me to clean up your wreath before starting to place the materials. I just became a new sub but I’m astonished you don’t have a million subs!!! Another thing is I never have used individual “bushes” of just leaves or to extend them from the size wreath you purchased. Placement is so key! You do it so well! It certainly extends your wreath size to extend your picks/branches away from the wreaths! I’ve noticed that Hobby Lobby grapevines are now missing a size between the 16” & 20”. Also their wreaths are same price but a lot skinnier and not as dense. By buying a smaller wreath and extending your bushes and greenery outside the wreath form really allows you to expand a smaller wreath to a larger look. I’ve signed up for your “newsletter” and info that comes by email. With wreath making, as in life, you never know it all so I appreciate all the tips you provide! I just make a peacock wreath by the inspiration of the ribbon and it turned out beautiful! The only bad thing about dealing with feathers is they don’t stay glued. So my feathers and various interest pieces are outside the wreath edges. I’m now binging all your videos to see what inspiration I can glean. Having moved from a 2000+ sq ft house so I had to give away my ALL my wreaths which the florals had faded anyway to a small apartment. I have no storage space to store all the ones I made. I wish I’d taken at least one of the fuller grapevine wreaths stripped of all the faded “glory”. Oh well…. I could swear your leaves that you use look REAL, alive & natural. OH good grief, this is gorgeous! My plan today was to start collecting materials to make a lemon wreath for my mom. Even if this hadn’t been from last year and looks like it quickly sold out, there is no way I could even assemble some thing that would look like this. It’s absolutely perfect!
