There are no "lists". It's just random words. If you picked 20 words at random, then the number of possibilities nears the number of atoms in the universe. Slightly difficult to "write down".

Most password managers have generators that can make passwords that work with those limits.

I rather steer clear to password generators. The point of passwords is to not let anyone know even the person helping you coming up one. The best method is to come up with the best maximum strength as possible consisting of either dictionary words or non dictionary words. (also includes choice of special characters) If you want a really good password? All you have to do is add Half Life 3 release date (MMDDYY) and add it with your birthday year (YY) and divide it by PI.
