Ah, I like the tapered finding! Haven't seen these before. Will make it easier to clasp the bracelet, compared to a blunt ending.

Thank you that is beautiful.I never seen those endings need to go on Amazon after this.

Im following and making this Brantley now. Can you please tell me how you end and add thread? Do you just weave figure 8s with both ends to end the thread and knot?
@beadaholique10 ай бұрын
Yes, you would weave in your tail and tie it off and then work in a new thread, weaving it in, and then start your beading again. When you are all done, you would go back and tie off that new thread end.

Beautiful. I love the fun colors. I have a question. Is there any way to hide the thread on the outside so that it isn’t visible? Maybe 15/0 beads? Or would it just not look right with the 15/0’s? Thank you for the wonderful tutorial.
@beadaholique4 жыл бұрын
These wrap bracelets are usually designed to feature the thread as part of the style. No reason not to try something different though! I don't think we've tried beading the outside threads yet, that would be an interesting experiment. Other things you can try is color matching the thread and the chord or using crystal Fireline beadaholique.com/products/fireline-braided-beading-thread-4lb-test-and-0-005-thick-15-yards-crystal-clear

I have a QUESTION: To hide outside thread, would 3 seeds look okay (15/0 or 11/0) for an edging? Thanks!
@beadaholique4 жыл бұрын
Yes you could do a version of a picot edging along the side to cover the thread bridges. 15/0 or 11/0 or a combo of both could add a very pretty style to the design.

Would this also work with diamonduos?
@beadaholique4 жыл бұрын
Yes it could work with DiamonDuos and various other beads. While the endings are designed to work with SuperDuos it could work with some slight adjustments. Have some small seed beads on hand to close any gaps that may occur. 15/0 or 11/0 could help in instances like these.

Greetings from California. You make it seem so easy, My thread gets tangle. Maybe, I need to be more patient .I do have alot of super duos to work with. You have a lot patient teaching.
@beadaholique4 жыл бұрын
Hi Maria, sorry you're having tangling problems. Have you tried waxing the thread? It can help keep it straight and manageable. We sell beeswax that you can run your thread through as you work with it: beadaholique.com/products/1-ounce-bar-beeswax-thread-strengthening-conditioner-for-beads-quilting-crafting

How many beads do we need for a 7.5 " bracelet?
@beadaholique4 жыл бұрын
I would say roughly 80 green, 60 purple, and 50 blue.

Working on it and the hardest part thus far is trying not to get the thread twisted and keeping good tension
@beadaholique4 жыл бұрын
Teaching tension is the toughest part for us in these tutorials, it's hard to describe the right feeling in the hand. It's the part of this that comes easiest with experience. For twisting and tangling thread though there are more concrete suggestions. Have you tried conditioning your thread with beeswax? beadaholique.com/products/1-ounce-bar-beeswax-thread-strengthening-conditioner-for-beads-quilting-crafting
