That's not only beautiful, its extremely practical and enhances life in your camper without costing huge amounts of money. Thank you for sharing this gem of a stove and water heater, it'll inspire others to consider making something similar for thems. I agree with you about using charcoal, light and very efficient for generating a good heat output with good burn times.

Pls make this a buisness 🙏 I would love to buy this from you! Maybe putting some other Details in it like a lil porta potti (camper toilette) Also do you need a driver license for this vehicle?

@@konigsblau2325 Every different country has it's own rules and requirements for licensing. Making one of these takes a lot of time. I'm not sure people would be happy to pay for these if they had to pay for the labour costs as well as the materials. How much would you think it was worth?

@@apecamper oh I don't know, how much did this all cost? And how long did you build on it? I would love to know more of your work ^^

@@konigsblau2325 I bought the vehicle for £3400. I spent £600 on materials and spent my evenings over a few months renmovating it. I then spent another £1500 for mnaterials to make the camper pod that went on the back of the vehicle. You can see the full video of the work here... kzbin.info/www/bejne/mYqum4d5hpt6gLs

This is a fantastic idea, enjoyed watching. Thank you for sharing. Can I ask, what circulator pump, heat sensor and hot water tank did you use?
@apecamper2 жыл бұрын
I used a 12v low volume grothen peristaltic pump(£13) controlled by a 12v temperature controller and sensor model W3002(£9). The water tank was a 6l under sink water heater, which i modified by replacing the 240v water heater element with a 12v 150w element. This meant that my solar panel can also heat water when my battery is fully charged. I use a voltage controlled relay to dump excess energy in to the water heater.
