How to make a TOOLBOX from cardboard

Hi, all cardboard DIY lovers!
In this video, I'll show you how to make a toolbox from cardboard. Using simple materials and techniques, you can create a useful toolbox with drawers perfect for storing your art kit and small items.
The highlights are;
1) Insert a thick paper in the rail. To make the edge stronger. 3:23
2) Insert another layer of cardboard in the middle. Due to a shortage of material supply, I needed to improvise with the material I had. 2:38
3) Insert magnets hidden. 5:47

@@itoshigestudio me ayuda un poco pero en realidad me refería al armado de cada cajón con las medidas, me encantó la técnica que usa para empalmar uno con otro quitando el borde de un lado para que no sobresalga, eso es fabuloso.

I was impressed with your white "ruler" and one day when I went to buy some things in a DIY store, I came across a similar ruler, I bought it straight away and I'm loving it! I can now cut my cardboard safely and in one go because it is very long. Thank you for the idea ;)

Thanks for sharing what you got out of my video! It's called "(metal) Angle" as I googled. Ideally, it would be better with 2cm x 4cm than the one I have (3x3cm) to make your hand safer. It's a bit slippery, so putting anti-slip tape on the bottom might be better.

This is just flipping awesome dude ! Mesmerising video I watched closely. You are so accurate and your creations so intricate it's just so fascinating to watch them be created. Now we just need a kit so we can go outside and sketch, draw and paint in the open air, while keeping it all safe. With a stiff board, a wooden or metal pallet of pans of watercolour paints, sketchbook, pencils and brushes, a sharpener and eraser handy as well. Not sure if that's even possible in cardboard, but if anyone can, it's definitely you ! Great video which I thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you.

@@itoshigestudio It's 03:19 and I have just had a thought, well actually I am lying awake in bed again and cannot get to sleep as this idea has been sitting in the back my mind for a few days now and will not go away, kind of like a low, dull toothache that is not really painful, but you know it's there. Is there anything stopping you from covering the cardboard in a self adhesive plastic, the waterproof type with clear film, to stop it from disintegrating from the damp or rain when outside ? As long as all the cardboard was totally covered, and the ends sealed tight, would this work ? Would this also work for making a cardboard pallet and mixing tray, or am I loosing my last brain cells due to lack of sleep now !!! 🤔 💊 🤪

Thank you for your comment! It is neodymium magnet the size of 10mm x 4mm x 2mm. It's small but quite strong. I always need to be careful not to leave it around small kids:)
