When I don't have inspiration, what I do is stop trying to make something that is gonna FRUSTRATE me MORE, take a deep breath, rest a little bit of trying and trying and trying, maybe listen to another tracks that you like, then come back after a while. This can take from 10 minutes to weeks (Well at least this is what I do XD......and it works :DDD)

EDWAN For me, its listening to shout outs and imagining that I have already made a track on it and then imagine it being played at a festival. that way I get the melody and the proper idea of which plugin to use :) Loved the video by the way. Skroppel Couldn't agree more. This is such a good idea, and I'd love to have access to a library like this, but $80 a month is absurd. If I want to spend that kind of money, I'll just buy a pack so I don't have to worry about canceling a membership and accidentally paying $1000 a year.

i would like to tell something...... the best way to start making music is get some project files of your DAW with the type of music you want.then make a cover and try to make exact same like it.It's an experience and a practice.Do more and then once you've got idea to make music and mastered your DAW, it's time to make your own.

Write catchy chords. . Adlib over chords till something good comes. Correct timing errors. Leave project for a few hours to get fresh ears. Come back , add to or take away from melody and chords till it sounds right. Arrangement. Sound DesignMix , Master. The more powerful your chord progression the easier it will be to come up with a good melody.

A t'entendre je crois que tu es français haha. :) SInon en cas de panne d'inspiration, j'ouvre un synthé (j'en ai trois donc plein de sons possibles / quatre si je compte l'Operator de Ableton) puis je crée des presets personnalisés. Puis ça va tout seul après. :) ____ In case of lacking inspiration, I open a synth up (three, so too many sounds possibles / four if I add Operator from Ableton) and then I start making personal presets. And then, that works! :)

Hi edwan, I have some questions for you, First, in every your tutorial video, you always give Sidechain only when Drop begin or perhaps when there is a kick in your Drop. The question is if I gave a kick at the beginning of my songs should I give Sidechain on every instrument? Second, if I want to create a future bass / trap song,the beat of the Kick will be different with progressive house / tropical house / any big room song, the question is should I give Sidechain on each instrument when Kick on the Drop came in my future bass/trap song?
