How to make a TRI-FOLD Leaflet/Brochure in Word | Microsoft Word Tutorials

Within all my tutorials I aim to help you develop your skills working within Word, Excel and Powerpoint as well as further your knowledge about the tools which are available within the Microsoft Office Software.
Throughout this channel I aim to cover simple subjects such as page numbers, margins, headers and footers, image, pictures and fonts as well as more advanced themes such as tables, mail merge, table of contents and electronic signatures.
Sharing tips and tricks which I discover along my journey is also an important aspect of this channel. I love the idea of giving people the solution to a problem they’ve been struggling with in Microsoft Word, Excel or Powerpoint.
The channel began all because of a problem I had when I had to insert images into a Word Document. I couldn’t find a way to drag and drop multiple images into a table without them expanding across the page, being cropped or interfering with the rest of the text. It wasn’t until I finally sat down one day, determined to find the solution and developed a way to solve the problem. Having found the problem quite difficult to solve without knowing how to do it I decided to make a You Tube video about it. Never once believing that many people would watch it, let alone be so grateful.
After discovering how helpful a simple tutorial could be I decided to make further videos with the aim of once again helping as many people as possible.

Great tutorial! I learned so much, finally! Like a few other's, I can't get the dimensions to show up like you have, like when you are moving the lines, or the dimensions of the shape. The ruler itself can't show the exact measurement. That is the only thing I can't seem to figure out. I hope you see this soon :) Thanks!

does anyone know how to get the cursor to show the dimensions like in kzbin.info/www/bejne/qZCrYmxtf7ebgqs 3:08 im unsure of how to get my cursor to show me the centimetres as opposed to using the ruler. When using the ruler my rectangle is too small in the middle but just fine in the left and right sides of the page.

I just adore your MS Word tutorials. Thank you for sharing. I have a comment directed at Microsoft. I think it is outright stupid as well as counterintuitive to have to right click and choose text wrap in order to move an image you have just inserted. It is NOT TEXT nor are you doing it to wrap text you are doing it to MOVE an IMAGE. I have to wonder why after so many iterations of Word this poorly designed software still has really awful wording for certain actions. You may remember that I mentioned in a comment in a previous video that I had ended up in tears of frustration because I couldn't figure it out, and gave up for awhile. I started watching your videos because they are MUCH better than ANY help docs or tutorials that Microsoft puts out. Thank Goodness for you because for a long time I thought It was me and I just couldn't figure it out. MICROSOFT if you are listening you should hire this beautiful lady or at least start sponsoring her videos!

Thank you so much for your wonderful comment and you're right, Word can be incredibly clunky at times and not terribly easy to understand or figure out. Admittedly, many of the techniques I've learned over the years have been through mistakes, trial and error or simply trying to force things until they give me the answer or break!!! Word has got some hidden gems and it's certainly the best software for creating written work. Hii, i have a problem when i try to insert my chosen picture from the online images, it doesn't insert itself on the pahe with the lines, but on another fresh page, i can't move it or anything. PLEASE HELP!!

Right click on the image, go to TEXT WRAPPING and choose one from the menu (I usually choose IN FRONT OF TEXT) :)
