In this video I will make a Honda Beat Type Motorcycle Modification
For use by persons with disabilities. So I will make modifications behind this wheel into two friends. Initially the rear wheel was one piece, so we will modify it into two pieces.
So in modifying this what we need is another rear drum, then we make the axle like this buddy. It's made of, which is on this side, this is a plate with a thickness of 10 mm, then this one is also a plate of a thickness of 10 mm. while the one in the middle is from a pipe measuring approximately 5 inches, this first 10 mm plate, then we drill and tie it like this buddy, with 4 bolts.
Then we just connected the pipe with a size of 5 inches here, but to connect this we have to take it to the Lathe, buddy.
after that we continue with one more plate, then we make this axle. this we make at the Lathe. because we don't have a lathe buddy. Then after finishing at the lathe, we make holes like this for later so that it is easier for us to lock the nuts. like this buddy, deep here, it's a bit narrow and a bit difficult to enter because the hole has to be small buddy, it shouldn't be too big buddy.
So actually the Pela or the rear drum that is innate can also be taken in the middle, only later. This modification has been used again, it's more difficult because we have cut the pela or the rear tire, because we only take the middle one for braking buddy. If we cut this later when it is no longer used, this modification is very difficult later on, we will find the rear drum because it has to be bought as a set or a pair. So just buy an imitation. This one has an imitation drum, the way it works is like this, friend, more or less like this, then after we install the axle like that, the position will be like this, friend. And the second material we will make a pipe that has been lathe right and left for the bearing. And the bearing size is 6205, meaning this axle is 1 inch 25 millimetres, because the bearing is 6205. I think it will be like this later, the other side tire, the one on the left, will be here, more or less it will be like this mate
